My name is Chad Anderson,

and I am the Media Director.

Isaiah 40:31 is my favorite scripture because it speaks to always dwelling with the Lord and being aligned with Him, and how He will shelter you. He sustains us in the storms.

“But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:31

Who Am I?

I am originally from Ohio and worked for Christian Center Shreveport from 1993 to 2000. I left, came back in 2010 and have been here ever since. I am married and a father of three boys. I love working with children and teaching them about Jesus. I am also a technology geek and love using and developing new ways to work with technology and ministry.

I am passionate about the Lord, specifically about knowing Him on a deeper level every day. I am also passionate about taking the message of His love to the world through technology. I am a watchman and feel called to keep watch and warn others of coming events. I believe part of that calling is to train others to see and use technology to spread the message.

Why Christian Center?

I am at Christian Center Shreveport because I want to serve God with everything He has given me. I love the family at Christian Center Shreveport and love serving them. My vision for what Christian Center Shreveport, as a whole, should be is for members to continue training others to reach what God has for them and to reach others for Jesus. The kingdom of God and the body of Christ should be seen as a people whose members are always honoring and serving one another, loving one another as Jesus taught us and building one another up to reach God’s will in our lives together.

I want people to know that at Christian Center, we love people and want them to be all that God has planned for them. We are truthful and willing to do the hard things as long as you are willing to do the hard things. Maturing in the Lord is a process, and it helps to have other believers alongside to build you up and push you to grow. We want people to grow and mature in the Lord and in their gifts from Him so they can reach the world for Him.
